Stinky Gas Lawsuit Dismissed In NJ

A Federal Judge in New Jersey threw out a lawsuit that had a flatulent worker suing his former employer.

The lawsuit was brought against Case Pork Roll after they fired Richard Clem because of his extremely smelly gas

.Mr. Clem's wife Louann claimed her husband suffered from bad gas and diarrhea after he had gastric bypass surgery.

Case Pork Roll President, Thomas Dolan complained that customers were offended by Mr. Clem's stench and it was hurting his business.

The Clem's claimed that the comments from the company's President were "insulting and humiliating" and caused them mental and physical anguish.
