Luis Olmo must have been worried about the in-flight drink service on his JFK flight to Puerto Rico.
Why else would he allegedly steal a bottle of Chivas Regal from an airport bar with dozens of people watching?
When one of the witnesses approached Mr. Olmo and inquired about the theft, Mr. Olmo allegedly threatened the man with bodily harm.
The tale of the tape listed Mr. Olmo at 5 foot 6 inches and set his weight at 320 lbs. So the questioning witness decided to let the police handle the situation.
Mr. Olmo was arrested by Port Authority Police.
