Ruben Antonio Rodriguez left a suicide note on his cell phone before he jumped in front of an 'F' train and laid his neck on the track.
Authorities found the cell phone on the platform at the Smith and Ninth Street Station.
The NYPD found the headless body under the train at approximately 2:40 am.
The train operator told police that he tried to stop the train as soon as he saw Rodriguez lying on the tracks.
