Dennis Casteller was arrested for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest after he dragged a cop 6 blocks on his ATV.
Police reports say the man got off the vehicle to talk to friends, then when he saw the police officer approaching he quickly jumped back on the ATV and sped off dragging the cop over 6 blocks.
The police officer suffered a broken collarbone and numerous bumps and scraps.
The officer was treated at Lincoln Hospital and released
