Jane Ziegelman and Amy Avital are the daughters of former co-op king Aaron Ziegelman.
Mr. Ziegelman has filed suit against his two daughters and their lawyer, Leonard Goldner alleging that they conspired to empty a life insurance trust worth 6 million dollars.
Mr. Ziegelman and his attorney Jason Melzer allege that while the 89-year-old man was "cognitively impaired" after a surgical procedure, his two daughters had him renounce his interest in the fund and then took the money.
The case is being heard in the Manhattan Supreme Court.
