Two people have been killed after their car collided with a tractor trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike.
It happened Sunday night near Exit 70 in Teaneck. It resulted in the northbound lanes being closed for about four hours.
A man and woman were both pronounced dead. The driver of the truck wasn’t seriously hurt and remained on the scene.
It’s unclear if the weather played a role in the crash. An investigation continues.
