Everyone except a Brooklyn mother who was caught waiting on the Q train platform with her 5-year-old daughter dressed in only a coat and sneakers. That’s it! The kid was naked under the coat!
The mother of the year candidate, Keleisha Kelly was arrested and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17-years-old.
The 5-year-old was taken to Coney Island Hospital for observation and then turned over to Child Services.
