The NYPD is investigating an apparent suicide that occurred this morning on Broadway near West 37th Street in Midtown.
The unidentified man was reportedly still breathing when EMS workers arrived on the scene shortly after 6:00 am.
The ambulance crew rushed the man to Roosevelt Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
During the investigation, police noticed that a 5th-floor window was still open in the building the man supposedly jumped from.
The identity of the victim is being withheld until the family can be notified.
