Will Adams’ Departure Help Sliwa Become Mayor?

With his campaign hemorrhaging cash and below double digits in the polls, New York City Mayor Eric Adams officially ended his campaign for a second term last weekend.

The media, saying that consolidation is the only way to upset Zohran Mamdani now, immediately picked up on Adams’ departure as a chance for Andrew Cuomo.

But most stories seem to barely acknowledge the candidate in third place, Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa.
