Some of the biggest names in tech will be converging in Cupertino, California next week as Apple holds its 2025 Worldwide Developers’ Conference. What exactly goes on at these conferences though? Rich DeMuro, host of ‘Rich on Tech’ on WOR Sundays, spoke with Mendte in the Morning about what to expect from the conference.
“The executives of the company sort of lay out what you’re going to be able to do with the iPhone, with the iPad, with Apple TV, Mac computers,” DeMuro told host Larry Mendte. “They just go through all the new features that are coming soon.”
DeMuro is expecting Apple to hit us with a big surprise announcement by the end of the conference: “The big thing about Apple right now is they are way behind in AI, so they either need to prove they are going to be ahead in AI very soon or we need a distraction which means a shiny new gadget.”
