Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with Democratic Political Strategist Melissa DeRosa about President Biden calling Trump supporters' garbage.
DeRosa said, "It was such an unforced error that there's no way to sugarcoat it. I think Kamala Harris would be wise to distance herself from it. At a certain point, the election is hers to win or lose. She's not doing herself or the party any favors by not drawing a contrast between her and President Biden, who before being replaced on the ticket was on track for a massive electoral upset. Kamala's only choice today is to nip Biden's comments in the bud. She needs to come out and say, he does not speak for me. I do not agree with what he said. There's been too much nasty rhetoric and when I become President, I'll be President for everyone."
