After Joe Biden’s announcement that he would be dropping out of the Presidential race and Kamala Harris being named the Democratic nominee soon after, polls swung quite drastically in the blue party’s favor. Since that time however, Republican nominee Donald Trump has been able to creep back up in the polls, and by some measurements has overtaken Harris. NewsNation Now host Connell McShane joined 710 WOR’s Len Berman and Michael Riedel to discuss Trump’s trajectory and just how unpredictable this election is up to this point.

“It does feel like at this point Trump will win because of the momentum,” McShane told Berman and Riedel. “The same way it felt about a month ago that Harris would win.”

The one thing McShane IS certain about at this moment is uncertainty: “The actual situation right now is we have no idea who is going to win.”
