Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with News Nation Legal Contributor and WOR host Jesse Weber about the P. Diddy case.
Weber reminded the guys that Sean Combs was first hit with a lawsuit in November of 2023 by his one-time girlfriend Kasandra Ventura. Then after his home was raided by the FBI more women started to come forward with their stories. Some criminal accusations date back to the early 2000s when Combs was at the peak of his fame, so some women caught up in the case were afraid to come forward until they were sure they would be believed. If the civil lawsuits were not filed by the 11 women, the criminal charges may have never happened.
