Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with Rich Lowry, editor-in-chief of the National Review about the Trump hush money trial.
Lowry said, "Trump seems to be goading the judge into throwing him in jail because he knows that would benefit him in his re-election bid. Today, Stormy Daniels is on the stand for one reason, to remind people what a sleazy guy Trump is. Look, he shouldn't have had an affair, he shouldn't have paid her money, but is this unusual for a presidential candidate? Isn't that what campaigns are about, minimizing the bad stuff and emphasizing the good stuff? The Democrats hope that if Trump is convicted, it will turn things around for Biden and the Democrats."
