Nassau County Executive, Bruce Blakeman is suing New York's Attorney General Letitia James for overturning his ban on trans gender men from competing in women's sports.
Blakeman said, " My lawyers have researched the law and found Lititia James cease and desist order overturing my executive order is violating a federal law that says women and girls are a protected class under federal laws and trans-people are not. I am confident that we are doing the right thing, and it makes common sense to protect women athletes."
