Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with former Nassau County Executive Laura Curran about Nikki Haley's slavery question gaff hurting her chances against Trump.
Len Berman asked Laura how someone as sharp as Nikki Haley could fumble a question about the Civil War and slavery. Laura said, "When you're running for public office, a candidate needs to keep a few simple answers in their pockets in case they lose focus, but this was an easy question, she was the Governor of South Carolina, she helped get the confederate flag taken down in the state, those are the things she needs to talk about."
Curran added, "Haley needs to stop trying to please everybody, she needs a North Star to follow." "She needs to be her true self."
