Len and Michael talked with legal expert Jesse Weber about the Trump verdict. Jesse told the guys he wasn't surprised that the jury took only three hours to convict the former president on sexual harassment charges. Weber said he thought Trump's lawyer Joe Tacopina did a good job, but the testimony of E. Jean Carroll had a significant effect on the jury, as did the testimony of two female friends Carroll allegedly told right after it occurred. Jesse also told the guys Trump's deposition tape did not help his case. Weber said he does expect Trump to appeal the case.
