Len and Michael talked with legal expert Jesse Weber this morning. Jesse said Alex Jones should have fought the Sandy Hook defamation case instead of defaulting. The lawyer for the Sandy Hook parents would have had to prove that Jones was out to cause emotional distress. Jones was ordered to pay nearly 1 billion dollars to the Sand Hook parents.
