Len and Michael talked with Fernando Mateo, the spokesperson for the United Bodega Owners of America. Fernando and a group of bodega owners met with D.A. Alvin Bragg and asked him to drop murder charges against Jose Alba. Alba was attacked by a career criminal who jumped over the counter and started assaulting him. To defend himself Alba stabbed and killed the criminal. Alba was arrested and charged with murder. DA Bragg told Mateo he is okay with bodega owners having legal guns for protection.
