Len and Michael talk with former NYPD commissioner Bill Bratton. Bill tells the guys if he was in charge of the city, he would read the riot act to the district attorneys and start putting criminals in jail. Bill said the problem with fare beaters is they are costing NYC millions. Bratton says he could get fare beaters under control in a few days with the right officers.
