Joe Gatto is saying goodbye to “Impractical Jokers” to focus on family issues. He revealed the news in an IG post.
“Due to some issues in my personal life, I have to step away,” Joe said in the lengthy caption. “Bessy and I have decided to amicably part ways, so now I need to focus on being the best father and co-parent to our two incredible kids.” He also thanked his friends and fellow members of The Tenderloins – Murray, Quinn, and Vulcano – and the cast and crew of their truTV show.
Fortunately, the show will go on. Quinn shared that the show would go on. “We never imagined making ‘Impractical Jokers’ without Joe,” he said. “While we are saddened to see him go, we want to keep making people laugh, keep our relationship with the ‘Impractical Jokers’ fans going, and keep working with the members of our team that we consider family.” He said that they’d get back to making a new chapter of “Impractical Jokers” this month.
