New York GOP gubernatorial hopeful Rob Astorino says we've seen enough in six weeks to declare Governor Kathy Hochul's term as "Cuomo 2.0"
Appearing on Len Berman and Michael Reidel in the Morning, Astorino pointed specifically to the resignation of Health Commissioner Howard Zucker to support his claim. "Minute number one, when she was sworn in, she should've turned around, pointed a finger at Howard Zucker and said, 'Get out of here'." He also called out her claim to "get used to it" about kids wearing masks in school as arrogance on par with the disgraced ex-governor.
Astorino also was critical of the potential dismissal of as much as 20% of New York's hospital service workers on September 27th over refusal to get covid vaccinations. "They're being forced in the one-size-fits-all approach by New York, and if they don't get it, they're fired."
