Jacqueline Hernandez had been allegedly abducted by her father, Pablo Hernandez, in 2007, and a warrant was issued for his arrest soon after.
The case had been considered cold until her mother, Angelica Vences-Salgado, called the Clermont Police Department after hearing from Jacqueline via social media earlier this month. In her message, Jacqueline told Angelica that she was in Mexico, and asked her mother to meet her at the point of entry in Laredo, Texas.
