21-year-old Kuldip Singh was hit by a stray bullet when a year 15-year-old boy from Harlem forced his way into the car to rob someone who was getting in the Uber.
A resident of Queens the driver was struck in the head by a stray bullet and sadly passed away from the injury at a New York City hospital on Wednesday.
The gunman is also currently in critical condition after the altercation in the back of the Uber. Uber has released s statement in regards to his death sending their condolences to his family.
"Our hearts are with Mr Singh, his passengers, and their loved ones after this horrific and senseless act of violence."
