Political Commentator Chris Matthews stated that if former President Trump does not concede he is screwing up the system while on the "Len Berman and Michael In The Morning" show.
"A poll last week showed that three out of ten Republicans still believe that President Trump will take over in August. Normally everybody in history said if you lose you lose but he isn't and I think he is screwing up the system," said Matthews.
