Emily, or as she is known on TikTok as @your.big.sis.emi, is sharing a crazy story about a recent date that she had.
The TikToker explains that she went on a date with someone and now they are suing her because she "broke a verbal contract to" hook up with him. Her date, Chad, a law student, and her met on Tinder. The two met on the app and decided to meet up. Emily says she went back to his place.
“Once he removed his undergarments … I smelled the smell and saw the sight,” she said in a video with over 230,000 views. “There were skid marks in his undies and he had not washed in a long time.”
Soon after this discovery, Emily left his place only to find out she was being sued by him a few days after. Eventually getting out of the lawsuit by confronting Chad's father who is also a lawyer.
However it didn't stop there. After her video went viral on TikTok she received cease and desist papers for what she said. "Is it slander if it's true," Emily ends her video saying.
