Former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said that it is going to take years for New York City to go back to normal while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"The recovery of New York is going to take years. It's not going to be this summer, it's not going to be this year, it's going to years and the crime issue I don't see any change in homicides, shootings, and subway crime unless we fund the police not defund," said Bratton.
