There's more fallout from the riot at the U.S. Capitol last week.
The New York State Bar Association is moving to oust former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani from its membership. The group that oversees lawyers is accusing President Trump's attorney in playing a roll in inciting last week's riot.
During the rally that set off the riot, Giuliani encouraged Trump loyalists to fight the election with “trial by combat.” The bar association did reveal, yesterday, that it’s received hundreds of complaints about the former mayor in the last few months.
Giuliani will have the chance to defend himself before any action is taken.
