Joan Wall of New York City had a surprising rescuer recently.
She was driving on the 405 in Los Angeles when she got a flat. She pulled onto the shoulder, put a white hanky out, and called AAA.
Then a car stopped behind her, a guy stepped out… and it was Vin Diesel. He got the jack and spare from her trunk and changed the tire. She thanked him, gave him a Handi Wipe and he went on his way.
Diesel is a classic American car collector and apparently a Good Samaritan. Sweet.
