A New York Amazon driver thought he would just help himself to some of the items he was supposed to deliver to customers. Edward Seyfert allegedly rerouted a customer’s TV and chair to his home and then threatened a co-worker with bodily harm if he snitched on him. He was supposed to deliver the merchandise, valued at $5,600, from Amazon’s warehouse Wednesday, but rerouted the truck to another location instead. He was charged with grand larceny.
