Congratulations are in order for Steve McQueen. He’ll be kicking off the New York Film Festival with his new film, “Lovers Rock.” The film is part of McQueen’s Small Ax anthology series. It’s a chapter in a collection of originals that tell the story of London’s West Indian community. The New York Film Fest goes from September 25th to October 11th.
