New York City takes the next step in reopening on Monday, beginning phase three.
That means nail salons, tattoo parlors and spas will be allowed to reopen. Outdoor activities like basketball, tennis and volleyball can also begin again.
But indoor dining remains on hold, despite originally being part of the phase three plans.
"Out of an abundance of caution and after seeing other states' experiences with indoor dining, we will wait to reopen it as the city moves to Phase Three,” Governor Cuomo said in a statement.
It’s unclear when indoor dining may be allowed to begin.
