Homeowner Arrested After Hosting Pop-Up Wedding With 50 People

The party must go on according to one homeowner who was arrested by Police in Ocean County, New Jersey after hosting a pop-up wedding with more than 50 people in attendance during this coronavirus pandemic.

The Governor of New Jersey has banned gatherings of 50 or more people in an effort to stop the spread of coronavirus, but that didn't stop 49-year-old Eliyohu Zaks from throwing the party. Officials said they received dozens of angry phone calls from local residents who reported a mass gathering in the area. He was charged with maintaining a nuisance for hosting the wedding at a home in the city.
