A young man from just outside of Buffalo, New York decided to take his girlfriend out to a nice steak house for a bite to eat.
Things were going well right up till the time he reached for his wallet to pay the check. That's when he accidentally shot his girlfriend sitting across from him. According to police, 19-year-old Anthony Ciccarelli accidentally discharged a pistol when he reached into the pocket of his pants upon receipt of the dining bill.
The bullet grazed his girlfriend's leg. Police say the gun was allegedly stolen from Niagara Falls and was not registered to the defendant. He was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a firearm. No word on if the girlfriend broke up with him.
