Governor Cuomo heads to the White House on Thursday.
He’s meeting with President Trump after the feds stopped New Yorkers from enrolling in trusted traveler programs. The Trump Administration blames the state’s Green Light law which allows undocumented immigrants to get a drivers license.
Cuomo said he’s willing to strike a deal with the federal government, by giving them access to the DMV database on a case-by-case basis. However, the governor believes the Trump Administrations move is really political.
