Opening arguments begin on Wednesday in Manhattan in the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault trial.
Weinstein is charged with raping one woman and performing a forcible sex act on another. A jury has been seated after the process lasted about two weeks.
Weinstein has pleaded not guilty and claims the sex was consensual.His attorneys say emails being introduced as evidence will support that claim.
