There is nothing like having to spend all day in a motor vehicle office.
The wait is part of the experience of going to the DMV, and pretty much all of us know that going in. Shawna Joseph, 28, from Jersey City, New Jersey went to the DMV on Tuesday afternoon and apparently, she got very frustrated with the long line in front of her.
So to kill time she decided to beat up the employees. She also smashed $23,000 worth of computers and equipment and kicked the police officers who came to arrest her. The cops found a cigarette on her that was laced with PCP, which actually explains some things.
She was arrested for criminal mischief, drug possession, aggravated assault, and hindering apprehension.
