A man accused of killing four homeless men in Chinatown is being held without bail.
Randy Santos, 24, allegedly used a piece of metal to beat four men to death over the weekend. A fifth person was injured and police believe Santos may have been looking for more people to attack.
He was arrested by police while still carrying the weapon. There is also video of the attack.
Police believe the attacks were random.
Santos has been charged with four counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and criminal possession of marijuana.
