A New York man is under arrest after sporting nothing but a hot pink thong outside a Connecticut deli. Randall Hyten was busted outside the Fire House Deli in Fairfield for touching himself in front of customers, and was taken into custody while sleeping there.
Hyten reportedly told officers he was baffled because he always sleeps this way. He has been charged with public decency and given an order to keep away from the sandwich shop.
