Clemente Cabassa was arrested in a Manchester Ct. Walgreens after he allegedly tried to duplicate several images of child porn.
According to police records, the suspect entered the Walgreens and asked an employee to transfer images from his phone to a CD.
Manchester police Lt. Ryan Shea told the New York Post, "Once the Walgreens worker started to download the photos, he noticed there were several images of child porn and he called the police.
"When police arrived on the scene they confiscated Cabassa's cell phone and found that it contained over 1000 indecent images.
Lt. Shea explained that the police had to set Cabassa free until forensics could determine exactly how the images were loaded onto the cell phone.
The Walgreens employee who discovered the kiddie porn stash told Police that Cabassa said the pictures came from Pakistan and Afghanistan "where he believed the pictures were legal."
