New York City Police are searching for a man pushing a stroller who threatened to kill a subway rider.
NBC 4 New York reports the video was taken on June 24th on an uptown “E” train. A 45-year-old passenger saw the suspect hit his own child and then confronted him when they made eye contact.
That’s when the suspect begins yelling at the victim and pulled a knife on him.
“I will kill you on this train,” the suspect is heard saying on the video.
The victim was on the train with his wife and his 4-year-old child. His wife is the one who filmed the incident.
"We made eye contact and he says, 'Why are you looking at me?' And used f-words. And I said, 'You shouldn't hit your kid. It's unnecessary,'" the victim told NBC 4 New York.
The suspect is seen leaving the train, but he holds the subway doors open, and continues yelling at the victim and spits at him. The suspect remains on the loose.
