Jets Legend Mark Gastineau thinks football must be safer to have a future

Former Jet Mark Gastineau has been diagnosed with dementia, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease. He says that all of his problems stem from his years playing football. He has now teamed with USA Football to bring awareness to the dangers of the sport and help find a way to make the game safer. 

Gastineau joined the Sports Zone with Pete McCarthy to discuss how to make the game safer and how much differently he watches today's NFL. Hear the full interview below.
