We will be celebrating the 249th birthday of the United States of America this Friday with many traditions such as BBQ’s, family time, and maybe most importantly, fireworks. Getting pictures to share of the fireworks is always a tricky endeavor but there are steps you can take to try and make your photos look great in a tough situation. Rich DeMuro, host of ‘Rich on Tech’ on WOR Sundays, talked to Mendte in the Morning and shared some tips you can use this weekend.
“Number 1 you got to stabilize your phone,” DeMuro said to host Larry Mendte. “Number 2 turn off the flash… Clean the lens on your phone before you take the picture, that’ll go a long way.”
DeMuro also shared a technique that can help add some context to your photos: “The other thing, and this comes from a lot of pro photographers, composition… get a tree in there, get a building in there, it’ll look a whole lot better.”
