Coastal Struggles Show Why Voting Matters

The two coastal Democratic strongholds of southern California and New York City have been dealing with a lot of adversity lately. The common denominator with those two cities is that they are both run by Democratics. WOR and NewsMax host Rob Astorino talked to the WOR Morning Show about the Democrat-run cities and why their struggles show the importance of voting.

“It’s on full display of why there’s a big difference and why elections do matter,” Astorino tells host Larry Mendte. “California for example or New York, they have to stop voting specifically to their party and open their ears to other ideas.”

Astorino talks about the issues these places have because of the Democratic policies: “In New York we see congestion pricing, we see crime, we see the immigration issue; same thing in California and now the fires.”
