Giuliani: Rebuttal To The Mueller Report Won't Be Released…Yet

During an appearance on CNN's “State of the Union,” Giuliani says the ‘response’ is “ready to go” if too many of the issues were left open, but said that doesn't seem to be the case at this point in time. According to Giuliani, Team Trump is ready to publish the rebuttal “when they have to” and believes it will be made public, but clarifies that no set date as to when.

At issue is information that Giuliani says is false and “questionable” – such as the information stated by Michael Cohen included in the report. But another prominent lawyer – as in former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara – says Giuliani should watch his step…specifically in regards to Giuliani's statements about taking information from the Russians.

Giuliani is also less than thrilled about Senator Mitt Romney’s comments about the Mueller Report. Romney started the weekend saying he’s not happy about what he has read. In a tweet, the Utah Republican says he is "sickened at the extent and pervasiveness of dishonesty and misdirection by individuals in the highest office of the land, including the President." Giuliani called Romney a "hypocrite" and said if nothing immoral was done during his presidential campaign, it would be the only one in history.
