First it was coming…then it wasn’t. A judge has issued an emergency order to keep prosecutors from releasing police videos taken of New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft at a Florida spa in January.
Yesterday began with the Palm Beach County State Attorney announcing plans to share the videos publicly in a court filing citing Florida's disclosure laws. But late yesterday, the judge in the case ruled the video should not be made public, and a hearing will be held to discuss the matter further in two weeks.
The 77-year-old billionaire is charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution – and the videos allegedly show Kraft engaging in sex acts at a massage parlor on two occasions. He has denied any ‘improper’ acts.
