And then there were four. The “New York Times” is reporting that two more women are claiming that former Vice President Joe Biden touched them inappropriately.
- Caitlyn Caruso says she was a 19-year-old student at the University of Nevada Las Vegas three years ago, and that Biden caused her to squirm in her seat in discomfort, when he rested his hand on her thigh and hugged her "a little bit too long."
- J. Hill claims she met Biden at a Minneapolis fundraiser in 2012. As her husband was taking a photo of the two together, Hill said Biden placed his hand on her shoulder and then started dropping it down her back, making her feel "very uncomfortable."
Two other women – former Nevada Assemblywoman Lucy Flores and a Connecticut woman have come forward relating similar stories. While both women said the incidents crossed the line...they have also said they don’t believe there was malintent.
Meanwhile, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi maintains that allegations such as these are not disqualifying for his rumored 2020 presidential run. Still, she notes that his widely regarded “affectionate” nature needs to get checked. She tells “Politico Playback” that Biden must understand that "in the world that we're in now, people's space is important to them, and what's important is how they receive it and not necessarily how you intended it."
