President Trump Social Media Liability for Content Posted on Platforms

Republican Congressman Devin Nunes is suing Twitter and several users for $250-million over what he claims is a bias against conservatives. Guess what? President Trump agrees. Speaking at the White House. Trump said he believes there is a form of political discrimination on social media platforms and added that "something needs to be done" because "there is collusion" between the social media companies and Democrats.

Meanwhile on Twitter, Mr. Trump has been busy in recent days. Aside from referring to presumed presidential candidate Joe Biden as “another low I.Q. individual” online he’s also been doubling (or perhaps, tripling) down on the late Senator John McCain and his family.

When speaking to reporters yesterday, Trump was asked why he’s attacking the late Senator seven months after his death. “I’m very unhappy that he didn’t repeal and replace Obamacare, as you know,” Trump offered. “I think that’s disgraceful. Plus, there are other things. I was never a fan of John McCain and I never will be.”
