R. Kelly is finally at home tonight after coming up with the $100-thousand he needed to get out of jail. He was released from Cook County Jail yesterday after spending the weekend behind bars. Right after he got out, word is that he headed to McDonald’s for a quarter-pounder meal with a soda and some coffee.
Earlier in the day, the embattled singer entered not guilty please to ten counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse through his lawyer, Steve Greenberg. His next court date is scheduled for March 22nd. But that's not the worst part of his day.
Not only does Michael Avenatti – who represents two of Kelly’s alleged victims – say that he’s got a second video that shows Kelly sexually assaulting a minor - there's rumor of a third coming down the pike. But the one already in police hands? It's described as a 55-minute VHS tape from 2000 that shows him having sex with the same 14-year-old girl from the first video that Avenatti turned over. We won’t go into detail, but what's described is pretty intense. Avenatti says he'll bring Kelly’s “reign of abuse and assault” to put “an abrupt and permanent end."
