An arrest and innuendo are one thing…but hearing details of the alleged acts are another – and that’s what officials did yesterday as they discussed the prostitution charges against New England Patriots Owner Robert Kraft. As they see it, Kraft’s identity is confirmed by a driver’s license he used, and by a very graphic video.
But he’s also not alone. Palm Beach State Attorney Dave Aronberg said Kraft is among 25 people facing charges as part of a human trafficking investigation. Kraft, who has been issued a summons, is facing two misdemeanor counts for soliciting a prostitute and faces up to one year in prison as well as possible fines and community service.
According to prosecutors, Kraft can surrender to police in person or his attorney may make other arrangements with the state – he’s due in court April 24th. Kraft’s lawyers adamantly denying any illegal activity on his part.
